Return Window

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition

• With all original tags attached

• In original clear packaging with SKU label

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

How to Start a Return

• Your order number

• Photos of the item

• Reason for the return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Do not return items without authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund the item.

Refunds

Approved returns are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and refunded to the original payment method.
